After a year and 3 months, the 2008 Remediation effort for digital is officially
DONE and DUSTED.
So, instead of just calling it a day and moving on, we wanted to take a sec to go through some deetz with you guys.

Other capabilities creatred :

  • - Setup CI / CD using Octopus for each service or app migrated
  • - Created or extended test automation where practical
  • - Upgraded .Net 1.1 to .Net 4.72 for most of the services
  • - Migrated to TFS Git for FNC & FNB
  • - Fixing the broken build & deployment process for FNB SBA (large middleware component)
  • - Removing unused features in BAS (contact centre admin tool for FNB) and upgraded it to be compatible with Chrome and Firefox (was previously running on I.E. 5.0 compatibility mode)
  • - Polishing and setting up guides for obscure long forgotten installation processes
